SOGA Aerotowing

The majority of our members foot-launch their wings from mountains or ridges. But a significant segment of our members uses aerotowing to reach altitude. For new paraglider pilots, here is a great explanation of how it works for hang gliders flying flatland: have a look at SOGA aerotowing in this recent video by hang glider pilot Greg Lloyd of the Southern Ontario Gliding Association; the tug is flown by the HPAC/ACVL President, Nick Jones: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MUMgX7YSCJY
